Full terms & conditions will be sent with a booking form Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of £100/$150 per week.
By your completion and submission of the booking form (by ticking the box “I agree”) or your payment of the deposit for bookings made not using the form, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
Please note - everyone occupying the Property (staying overnight) must be listed on the booking form, including small children. This is Florida state law and must be adhered to.
The security deposit will be refunded 2-3 weeks after your departure from the Property, providing there are no claims against it.
