- Stays are of 2 nights minimum except in low season (1 night possible from Monday to Thursday) and at the last minute (contact us) and of 3 nights minimum during the breaks (Easter, 1st and 8th of May, Ascension Day, Pentecost, All Saints' Day, New Year's Eve)
- The prices are indicated per apartment, per night, weekend or week in a package all inclusive (water, electricity, heating, sheets, bathroom linen, tea towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning and products of basic necessities to help you when you arrive). The tourist tax is not included (calculated per night and per person of more than 13 years old).
- Baby equipment upon request (baby cot, high chair) and to be confirmed from us at the booking. No extra bed possibility in the apartments on the ground floor and 2nd floor. The apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate a 3rd person in a real bed (70x190) set in the living area.

Each apartment has a very good level of comfort with fully equipped kitchen and new equipment (dishwasher, vitro ceramic top, oven or cooker, hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, coffee maker working with coffee filters, kettle, seafood cookware, food processors, pressure cooker, toaster), flat screen TV, DVD player, small Hi-Fi or IPod-IPhone station. Wi-Fi included, hair-dryer, wardrobe, CMV (controlled mechanical ventilation), etc.
A washing machine/tumble-dryer is available in a room shared between the 3 apartments.
The beds have duvets and sheets are provided. Beds made upon arrival. Towels provided.
Final cleaning included.
Some products of basic necessities for you when you arrive (salt, pepper, tea, etc.) and you will find general store and bakery at the end of the backstreet, including on Sunday.
