DEPOSIT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
We require receipt of a 2 night deposit per week (or part thereof) within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled outside of the 30-day penalty period, your deposit is returned less a $150 handling fee. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, the prepayment is forfeit. We are firm in this policy and recommend that renters purchase trip insurance if there is ANY possibility they may have to cancel the reservation within 30 days of arriv

Your entrance is from your personal veranda (great for alfresco dining with table and chairs for two and a gas BBQ) that overlooks the home’s gracious lawn and the gorgeous turquoise waters of the Atlantic. Amenities include a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle and coffee maker (with a deep freeze nearby for ice and frozen food storage), hair dryer, clothes drying rack, iron and board, clock radio, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and local phone. The beautiful pool is just a few footsteps to the back of the house. Suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, sorry this non-smoking property is not suitable for young children.
