The Ka Hale Kaiola property has a long and noble history. This Crown Lands parcel (designated during the Mahele as a part of Royal Patent No.7194) was once owned by Mikahela Kekauonohi, granddaughter of Kamehameha I, and wife of Liholiho Kamehameha II who later donated a portion of the property to the YMCA camp next door. This property then came under private ownership and currently resides in a quiet beachfront neighborhood. Here, you can escape to the old Hawaii amongst towering kamani and ironwoods trees; savor the moment of this relaxed tropical paradise under swaying palms and sprawling grass lawn.
