Once we have successfully processed payment on the debit/credit card which you've provided you will then receive a Confirmation Booking Summary. The contract is formed when we send you this Summary.
  • Price, Payment & Cancellation Policy

    All prices quoted include VAT where applicable.
    If placing your order within 56 days of your Arrival Date then the full cost will be charged on confirmation.
    If placing your order outside 56 days of your Arrival Date then you shall pay 25% with the balance of your order payable at 56 days prior to your Arrival Date.
    Payment must be made by debit or credit card. Debit cards are free whilst use of credit cards are subject to merchant's charges; Visa/MC 2.9% & Amex 3.9%.

    Cancellations for which notice is received less than 56 days prior to the Arrival Date will incur 100% cancellation fee. Please enquire about cancellations outside this period or consult our full Terms & Condition on Our Site.

If you need to store luggage after arrival to London or until your departure from London and are not able to leave it with us as long as you'd like we recommend that you check with the main transport (rail or bus) terminals that will have luggage storage lockers.
