One bedroom with a queen size bed on top floor, plus all sizes air- mattress; very cozy living/ dining room on ground floor with a designer made double sofa bed and a 37 inch LCD TV. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Altogether about 700 sq feet of real family atmosphere. An inflatable full size double bed for additional 2 guests is also available. Why rent a small hotel room when you can have a real size Manhattan Loft?

Notes: Lovely apt in Downtown Manhattan. The area is excellent (read - steps to the subway station with access to 6 different lines; minutes from all attractions). Walking distance from some of the main attractions. The apt is cozy and accommodates up to 8 comfortably. Its the best deal you can find in NYC. Why pay a fortune for a hotel room?

Golf : Enjoy everything dynamic NYC can offer. Whatever you think of, you can find it in New York.

History and Parks: New York's oldest part is the Financial District. Battery Park has wonderful scenery with gorgeous sunsets and a view of the Statue of Liberty.

Century 21: Whatever you want to buy, whatever the style, at half the price. NYC is the place for 21st century shopping.

Golf: Hi Tatiana! Thank you very much for your apartment. We had an amazing time in NYC even if it was a bit short! your apartment is really lovely, we liked the way you decorated it! We'll keep your apartment in mind in case we go back to NYC! :) Fanny Hi Tatiana, Everything went well! We had a great week in NYC and in your apartment too ;) I hope everything is alright and you did not get in any troubles with neighbours, etc. but I don't think so because we basically came to the flat just for sleeping! Anyway, NY is a very impressive town an I'm sure I will come back as soon as possible because there were lots of places we didn't visit within this short time. Next time I'll try to choose a warmer season, maybe in September.... but generally speaking, the weather was quite okay. It was just snowing on the first day. It was a pleasure to work with you!
