PAYMENTS

•15 days before arrival payment of 50% of ‘base rental’
•At check in the 'reservation deposit' will be converted in 'security deposit'
•At check out:
• Payment of the cleaning fee 50 euro
• Payment of the consumption (estimate in approx 30 €/week)
• Refund of ‘security deposit’ if no damage has occurred.
CANCELLATION
‘Reservation deposit’- 50 € will be refund if cancelled at least 60 days before of the arrival
No refund for cancellation less than 60 days before of the arrival
ARRIVAL /DEPARTURE
Check in on Saturday from 15.00 until 20.00
Check out the following Saturday before 10.00.
