Emerald Island House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Cleaning is mandatory.
  Cost $75.
  When the rental period is more than 14 nights, no cleaning cost are charged.
  
  Included in the price are:
  
  use of (wireless) Internet (please, bring your own laptop / tablet)
  use of water*
  use of electricity*
  
  * when excessive use is observed, a compensation will be calculated
  
  Not Included in the price is:
  
  The local taxes (13%) .
• Payment and Cancelling the policy:
  
  When a booking is agreed:
  
  We will sent you (by email) a confirmation.
  With this we agree on the start and the duration of the rental period and the cost.
  Within 10 days you will make a payment of in total $250;
  $250 as a down payment/security deposit
  The security deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after the renting period, when the townhome was used in
  a respectable way
  60 days before the start of the rental period we expect the remaining part of the agreed rental cost.
• In the event of a cancellation:
  
  Cancellation 60 days or more before the start date is without cost.
  
  Between 60 and 30 days before the start date, the down payment/securitydeposit will be charged.
  
  Cancellation within 30 days before the start date, the full rental fee will be charged. The security deposit will be returned or deducted from the remaining amount to be paid.
