- Rentals are generally by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is between 4 and 7 pm; check out by 10 am.
Stays of less than one week (minimum 3 nights) are accepted at Day Rates in Low and Medium Seasons.
Discounts are available for long rentals (two weeks or more).
An extra bed can be added in a bedroom at the extra charge of € 100 only for an infant or a child up to 12 years of age.
Small pets are welcome, but require special permission. Be sure to ask in advance.
A 30% booking deposit must confirm a reservation. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Plese contact un for on-line payments.
The deposit will be returned in case of cancellation (except for 50 Euro per house reserved for reservation expenses) up to three months before the scheduled date of arrival. Within 3 months of the arrival date no refund is possible.The rent balance is due one month before arrival and no cancellation is allowed after this date.
