  • Our rates are subject to a minimum stay of three nights (with a minimum tariff of 300 GBP per stay) and cover two guests with each extra guest costing a further £15 per night or £50 per week. If two guests are staying but require the sofabed as well as the king size bed then we charge 20 GBP extra per stay for the extra linen laundering cost.

    Please note that due to the massive success of our Meet & Greet service we now quote with this included. If you wish to arrive at the apartment under your own steam the total tariff is the nightly rate plus 30 GBP for a check-in agent as we do not have an office for key collection. Once we have quoted for your stay and chosen arrival method we add no extras whatsoever and no hidden charges. Check-in is 16.00 and check-out is 10.00. If we have availability we can offer an early arrival or late departure for a surcharge of 25 GBP. We cannot guarantee this but always do our best.
  • We own the three flats on this top floor so also the two flats next door; one is a one bedroom with a lovely dual aspect living room and a marvellous terrace. The other has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a sofabed so can sleep up to six in comfort. Please ask for details.

  • There is one large double bedroom with a high-quality king size bed and a fitted wardrobe. In the living room there is a very good quality double leather sofabed with sprung mattress. There is also a comfy chair in the bedroom which converts into a single bed. It is good quality from John Lewis but best suited to a child sharing the bedroom with parents.
