Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Pool size: 6 x 12 m / opening dates: May 12th - mid of October.
  Cook for dinners during the week available on request on the premises. Price per dinner per person: EUR 30 - 40 depending on the menu, menu can be discussed upon arrival (the fee is not inclusive of wine).
  Baby bed with linen and high chair available: free of charge.
  
  Bed, bath and kitchen linens, water, electricity, gas, Internet WIFI connection, maid service (3 hours house cleaning twice per week / the cleaning service does not include the washing of the dishes and the guest's personal washing), final cleaning, pool cleaning service all included in the price.
• Security deposit, heating, wood for fireplace, telephone to be paid in euros on the premises:
  Security deposit: EUR 1000.
  Heating (if required): metered.
  Wood for fireplace: please check price on the premises.
  Telephone: metered.
  A dog may only be kept upon special request when booking and, if allowed, it cannot stroll around free but it should be kept close to the dog owner since hunting is not allowed in that area: EUR 100.
• Extra service available only on request to be specified when booking and to be paid in euros on the premises at the end of each working day:
  
  First shopping: EUR 100 (expenses for a few basics and shopping time included). The shopping list includes: 2 kg of bread, butter, jam, honey, eggs, cheese, milk, 1 packet Earl Grey tea, 1 packet coffee, natural yoghurt, orange juice, fruit of the season, 2 kg pasta (noodles), tomato sauce, 1 piece fresh parmesan cheese, salad and tomatoes, 1 litre extra vergin olive oil, mineral water, 4 bottles of beer, 2 bottles of red wine, dishwasher detergent.
  
  Typical Tuscan meal on your first evening, after a long trip: EUR 30 per adult, EUR 18 per child up to 12 years. The first dinner consists of this or a similar menu: antipasto, first course (lasagne al pesto/basilcum sauce or lasagne al ragout/meat sauce), mixed salad, cheese, dessert, bread, 1 bottle of mineral water and 1 bottle of wine for up to 4 adults.
