A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm every booking.
Full payment for the booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival which is returned at the end of the stay minus utilities.
Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal
Electricity and Heating Oil are metered and charged at the end of the week. Electricity is normally €15 per week. Heating Oil, if used, normally costs €15-€30 per week.
If you have any special requests which will make your stay more comfortable please do not hesitate to let us know before you arrive.
