Secluded among 11 acres of serene pastures and lush vegetation, Ka Hale O Luina offers complete privacy and splendid isolation yet only 15 minutes from historic Koloa Town, with it's charming restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and its historic sugar mill. Port Allen offering gateways to Napali Coast adventures, boats, whale watching and helicopter tours is within 15 minutes as well. Horseback riding, kayaking and diving are all nearby.
Within 20 minutes is Poipu Beach Resort- spectacular beaches, surfing, golf, hotels, and fine dining, plus numerous beach eateries- and the National Tropical Botanical Garden
Longhouse: Custom built from exotic hardwoods this one bedroom, two
bathroom Bali style - pole house up-country Kauai is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. 800 sq .ft. of living area and over 800 sq .ft. of covered lanai and partially covered deck.
Crisp lines of architecture are softened by a warm color scheme and
refined art collection. Uncluttered spaces framed by wide eaves create a
feeling of coolness inside the large open beam ceiling rooms.
Japanese architecture inspired merbau wood decks provide an additional quiet
retreat equally adequate for meditation or entertainment.
Hardwood floors throughout for easy care and cool living. Collectors throw
rugs add comfort and luxury. Art, antiques and unique collections. Fine linens, French towels, Frette robes, silk, hand painted house sarongs.
Master bathroom has a huge crushed stone soaking tub for two,
double sinks and hardwood lined outdoor shower with view, all serviced by
endless hot water supply. Rinse shower with warm water on entry deck. Hawaiian Girls botanicals bath products.
Secluded, private hot tub in the ancient rock garden.
