For bookings longer than 4 weeks, then, each subsequent week attracts a discount of 5%. - Bicycles provided, free of charge. Please book in advance. Please note these are not spiffy mountain bikes.They are just for ordinary road riding.
For bookings less than a week, there is an extra daily tariff. - Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the central heating or wood in addition to the rental rate - at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad etc so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.

Here there is 1 large double bed and SKY Sat TV with english language films, documentaries, music, fashion and news channels etc. There are also 2 single beds in the small, open-plan sitting room. Both beds are decked up as sofas and covered in cushions when not in use as beds. In this room are also 2 easy chairs. Please order a high-chair and/or a cot in advance - free of charge.
