This spacious self catering villa has been meticulously restored, retaining its original charm, but with all the modern amenities such as hot and cold air conditioning, dishwasher, satellite television and an American style fridge/freezer. The patio and barbeque area has unraveled views across the private infinity swimming pool to the coastal plain & the sea. This luxury villa is situated within 15 minutes of the beach, golf course and shopping mall by car. The self-catering villa is arranged so that the master bedroom, the romantic villa, spectacular swimming pool and patio areas are all accessible for the wheelchair user. The seaside resort of Torre del Mar with its extensive promenade and floodlit beaches is only 15 minutes by car and the wonderful Spanish cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba are all in an easy drive.

This accessible villa offers fantastic accommodation and is situated in the foothills of the mountains with outstanding views across the infinity pool to the coastal plain and the sea. The villa is geared to relaxation and tranquility whilst only being 10 minutes by car to the lovely Moorish town of Velez Malaga, which is still very much a Spanish town with plenty of tapas bars, quaint winding streets and a large shopping centre with over 100 shops and lots of restaurants. The coastal town of Torre del Mar is only 15 minutes away which is full of buzz with plenty of activity along the extensive promenade and floodlit beaches.

- We hold 500 pounds damage deposit which is payable in cash on arrival. This deposit will be returned less any damage that is beyond normal wear and tear. We make an allowance of 50 euros per week for electricity. Electricity used over this allowance will be charged at the end of the rental period. We require a 10% deposit to reserve the booking.

Due to the nature of an infinity swimming pool, families with young children are not advised to holiday at this villa. The whole of the cottage, pool, patios and the main bedroom are suitable for wheelchairs users as they are all on the same level. We have a hoist available to use for the swimming pool if required for use of our disabled clients.
