A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance at least 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made in the year preceding your holiday the payment schedule is 10% on booking, 40% on January 1st and 50% at least 8 weeks before your departure.
A Security Deposit of €1000 must be paid on arrival to the house manager in cash or traveller's cheques. Costs of damages incurred (excluding normal wear and tear), will be deducted from this deposit.
Rent includes: bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, changed weekly. Free wireless Internet. Cot & high chair. House Manager.
Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival & after your stay. Additional maid service on request at €15 per hour.
Cook available.
Grocery delivery available.
Guests are asked to arrive after 17.00pm & leave before 10.00 am
