Deposits for Accommodations
Deposits must be made for all reservations with Admira Property Management Inc. Accommodation deposits are equal to 1-nights stay. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of reserving.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of the total is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date the total price is due at the time of confirmation of the booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after final payment date are fully non-refundable. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest arrival or departure. There is no cancellation fee for activities. Fees will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the activity date.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued on partially unused days of bookings.

Housekeeping - our properties will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Towels Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available, upon request, for an additional fee. Amenities All Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations are equipped with bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with crockery, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size appliances. Whistler Village Condos provides the following items: soap, shampoo, facial tissue, bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, as well as starter supplies of laundry soap.
