Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Deposit, security deposit & final payment
  
  25% deposit payable (by direct electronic bank transfer or credit card) within 48 hours of booking being confirmed by us. Should transfer not take place, we will assume booking has been cancelled. The remainder of accommodation fee will be payable at least 14 days prior to occupation date (for bank transfers and credit card payments). For cash payments, full balance must be handed over on receipt of keys. Please note: under no circumstances will the keys be handed over unless payment has been received in full.
  
  A security deposit of up to R1250 (in cash) could be required for guests staying for periods in excess of 2 days. This deposit will be refunded, in full, in the event of nothing at the property is broken, damaged or missing when property is vacated. All damage/breakages will be charged for at replacement cost.
• Refunds & indemnity
  
  90% refund if cancellation received 8 weeks prior to occupation date
  50% refund if cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to occupation date
  25% refund if cancellation received between 2 and 4 weeks prior to occupation date
  No refund if cancellation received less than 7 days to occupation date.
  
  All guests and/or visitors to Bliss Cottage make use of the premises and its contents at their own risk and Bliss Cottage, its owners and/or employees or agents shall not be held responsible or accountable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever experienced by any guest or visitor to these premises.
• Cleaning services
  Bliss Cottage is a self-catering establishment. It is thus not serviced daily. For occupation in excess of 4 days, a complimentary linen change and cleaning service will be given mid-stay. For occupation in excess of 7 days, a complimentary linen change and cleaning service will be give approximately every 4 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays where the service will be given on the previous day or the first day after the Holiday). However, an additional cleaning/washing/ironing service is available at R200 per day (to be organised in advance).
