Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• The prices above are referred for groups of max 8 people. If required at an additional cost is possible to add one extra person.
  
  Are included in the price:
  * cleaning service, 3 hours two days weekly, excluding Saturdays and Sundays;
  * rent of premises on the first floor (entrance, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining room, living
  room with large terrace and balcony, bedroom with bathroom 'en suite' bathroom shower and bedroom)
  and on the ground floor (four double bedrooms, two bathrooms. All rooms have a view of and access to the
  garden);
  * private swimming pool 6 m x 12 m: from mid April to mid October. On request at an additional cost you can use
  in other periods.
  
  Check in : from 3 pm to 8 pm
  Check out: 10 am
  
  Extra service:
  Evening welcome: 50/100 euros
  extra cleaning service: 9 euros/hour (on demand)
  cooking service: 60/80 euros (on demand), including cooking and cleaning. not included food
• Payment Conditions :
  30% at booking
  Security Deposit €500,00.
  
  Notes:
  Regarding electricity consumption are included 200 KW per week extra for each kW is planned an extra fee of 0.30 Euro for the consumption of hot water and heating are included 150 litres of fuel (LPG) per week; for each litre is an extra charge of euro 0.90 dotation of toilet paper, soap and detergents is secured only upon arrival, for the rest of the period the customer is responsible for itself. The ceiling fans are in the living room.
  For late arrival: after 8pm from euros 30,00 to euros 100,00 after 11pm
• SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of € 500,00 is required.
  The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable at the departure, and after
  provided the following provisions are met:
  · No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  · No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or
  services rendered during the stay.
  · All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are
  placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
  · All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
  · All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
  · No linens are lost or damaged.
  · NO early arrival or late departure.
  · Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
  · The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the
  local law ennforcement
