- All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, central heating and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 overlooks the front of the house and has a small en-suite toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has a private terrace at the side of the house looking down the driveway and over to the tennis court. It is adjacent to the upstairs family bathroom 2. Bedroom 3 is a large bedroom with space for an extra bed or cot. It has an en-suite with large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. It also has a small balcony looking down on the barbecue area. Bedroom 4 is very large with space for an extra bed or cot. It has incredible views from the top floor over much of the grounds. It has it's own private staircase.
