- We feel that the flat is perfect for a couple who like a lot of space and privacy or a family who require two or three separate sleeping areas but do not mind sharing a bathroom.
Our prices are based on occupancy by two guests using one bed. Each extra guest/bed is 20 GBP per night or 50 GBP per week extra. We do accept solo travellers and can make a discount but only on a last-minute basis (within 14 days of the stay).
We charge a minimum tariff of 250 GBP for any stay.
Although the flat can sleep up to four guests there is only one bathroom so is perhaps more suitable for a family.
There is a king-size bed in the bedroom, a small double sofabed in the main room and a single chairbed in the hall.
We accept long-term bookings at a reduced rate subject to availability.

- The bathroom has a full-sized bath with a shower attachment and shower screen so bathing or showering are available (this might be news to some of our American friends but some flats simply do not have the capacity for a shower). There is a large mirror which has 'frosted' over time so currently gives off a very flattering image! but this will be replaced in the near future.

- The bedroom has a very high ceiling, a huge window and a lovely feeling of light and space. There is a king-sized bed with a top-drawer mattress and good quality bed linen and towels. The fitted wardrobe has a compact dryer in the bottom and a large space above for empty suitcases or there is a cupboard in the hall to keep that trendy minimal loft look! A retro chest of drawers provides very useful storage for your smalls and there is also a shelf behind the bed for a useful lamp and (provided) guide books to plan your next day's adventures.
