Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Extra cost: In order to promote a friendly environment and to avoid over expenditure in energies that the villa can have when energy is wasted, guests could incur in an extra charge for over consumption of certain energies. On check in guests will be advised of the reading of the electricity and gas meters. On check out meters will be checked again. Guests will incur in an extra cost if the electricity and gas consumption goes over €175 per week of stay. In normal circumstances no guest should incur in any extra charges unless energy is constantly wasted. eg all air con machines 24 hour on, Lighting and electrical devices 24 hour turned on, etc.
- A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payments accepted through bank transfer or cash if previously agreed.
A safety (damages) deposit of €1000 and a cleaning fee of €200 is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to arrival. The damages deposit will be returned within 48 hours of departure if everything in order.

- Master Bedroom is spectacular. Massive windows with great views of the Mediterranean Sea with an ultra luxury walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath where you will feel like a celebrity.
