Conditions:
- 100€ charged for the end-of-stay cleaning.
- Returnable cautionary damage deposit of 1000€ charged at the time of entrance.
- Utilities are included in the price. Sheets and towels are offered optionally (100€/stay).
- Payments (and the refundable deposit) are accepted in Euros, Swiss francs and British pounds, in cash, bank transfer, or via Paypal.
- Bookings are confirmed by the payment of a first 30-per-cent instalment. The full value of the rental is due upon entrance.
