- The rates are for the main house only accomodating 10 people. If you come with a larger group up to 16 we will agree an adjusted weekly rate.
A reservation deposit of euro 1500 will be required. The first installment is 1/2 of the rent payable 60 days before arrival date. The balance is to be transferred 14 days before arrival. The reservation deposit turns into a damage deposit on the date of arrival and will be repaid within 14 days after departure provided no damage is done to the property and its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
