5 and 6 nights: 55 Euros per night (with final cleaning option in addition upon request: 20 Euros).
370 Euros per week and more during high season (summer and end of the year) with final cleaning option in addition upon request: 20 Euros.
The booking will be confirmed after reception of the rental agreement signed and of the down payment (30%).
The payment can be done by cheque (French banks only), postal order or bank transfer.
The whole amount of you rental will be due upon arrival. - A security deposit will have to be paid on the arrival day by the guest: the amount is of 400 Euros and we will need a copy of the ID card.
- You cannot be refunded in case of an early departure.
Cancellation conditions:
30 days and more prior to the arrival date:
100% of the down payment refunded.
16 to 29 days prior to the arrival date:
50% of the down payment refunded.
15 days and less : No refund. - Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
