The whole rental price will be due upon arrival - The balance is due upon arrival. No refund in case of early departure. The security deposit will be refunded at most 8 days after departure. Cancellation conditions:
30 days and more before the arrival date: 100% of the down payment amount refunded
16 to 29 days before the arrival date: 50% of the down payment amount refunded
15 days and less: No refund
