Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Prices shown in UK Pounds, we also accept payment in Euros. Prices shown above are for up to 6 people sharing the main villa. For one or two extra people staying in the wooden chalet annexe there is a £100/120€ per week supplement. You are unlikely to find such a high quality villa sleeping 8+ people for such low prices. High Summer minimum 7 nights stay. Off-season minimum 4 night stay acceptable.
  There is an additional charge of £75/90€ per week for use of the Air Conditioning. Air conditioning(heating in Winter) inside the chalet annexe is a further £25/30€ per week. To safeguard your booking CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED.
  LONG WINTER LETS AVAILABLE - SPECIAL LOW PRICES.... In Winter electricity is charged per unit used. Maid service and pool towels included in the price.
• A deposit of 25% or £250, whichever is the greater, is necessary to confirm a booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or Euros made via bank transfer or cheque. A refundable security deposit £300/€ 350 to be paid with balance. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure providing no breakages have occurred during your stay. Entry to the villa is after 2 pm, (though the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10 a.m. (should you need to arrive earlier or leave later we will do our utmost to help you).
  Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for prices.
  We have more villas with private pools available for rent, please email us to see our website. A Welcome Pack can be provided for you upon request, so you don't need to rush to the shops upon arrival.
• As a small family business we live locally, and know the area very well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival, meet and greet you, provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. We can provide babies cots, high chairs, baby bath, steriliser and listening device by prior arrangement. We can organise a Baby Welcome Pack (nappies, wet wipes, formula milk, baby food, etc.) if required, just ask. We have reliable babysitters who will care for your children during the daytime or evening if you should require some time without the kids! Please note that in the area surrounding the villa there are locals who grow their own vegetables and keep chickens, goats, horses and dogs. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for environmental or animal noise including tractors or barking dogs, but we would stress that this is usually a peaceful area.
