Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payments may be made in Euro or Swiss Franc direct transfer to our UBS bank account.
- Deposits - 25% on booking with balance due 6 weeks before start of rental. In addition a € 350 security deposit is held against breakages and damage, and will be returned within 14 days after final inspection and return of keys and subject to any deductions. Minor replaceable breakages will not be charged. Holiday travel insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised as rental payments are not refundable.
- All rental rates include linen and towels, heating, electricity and gas charges. A €250 charge will be made for final cleaning of the chalet and laundry. Swiss Tourist tax is payable at Leysin Tourist office and entitles visitors to a generous discount on numerous sporting facilities in the local area including ski passes and lifts.
