Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a $200 cleaning fee which means that when you arrive the house will be immaculate and when you leave, you don't have to do any of the work and all the linens will be taken care of and the home will be cleaned. On top of the rental and cleaning fee is a 12% state tax.
There is also a 100% refundable damage deposit of $2000. We have never had to take anything out of the deposit as each family has always treated this home as their own.
WE PREFER TO RENT BY THE MONTH AND GIVE EXCELLENT DISCOUNTS FOR THIS. PLEASE INQUIRE. - Many other services are available at extra charge including babysitting and massage, Also extra cleaning and laundry can be arranged and any other services imaginable including assistance with business. The children's bathroom has been lightly painted to look like a coral reef. The downstairs bathroom is painted to look like a Florida tropical jungle (which was the inspiration that lead to the home being built in the first place).

The kitchen is huge with 6 gas burners, two ovens, single large refrigerator and freezer (in huge laundry room) close by. Large kitchen island makes the kitchen perfect for several people to cook together!
With two bedrooms downstairs and 2-3 steps to get into the house, the home is wheelchair friendly.
