You’ll find that your gorgeous apartment is in the most exclusive neighbourhood of Amsterdam, in an historical building in the authentic Dutch architectural style - the “Ämsterdamse School”. This is the new Nheemskerk Suites, where we have fully renovated four fully-furnished apartments dedicated to the natural elements of air, fire, water and earth.
Privacy, peace and comfort are yours, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Your tranquil apartment, dedicated to the “Air” element, offers 55 or 60 square meters, and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with separate dining area, and a bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub or with Jacuzzi – complete with a soft, luxurious housecoat - as well as a separate toilet off of the bedroom. The floors are cork – natural, soundproof and comfortable. Did we mention the use of our netbook with a fast internet connection and 2 flat TV screens?
You’ll feel right at home, whether here on holiday or on business, when you are welcomed with our welcome basket of Italian prosecco, Dutch stroopwafel, juice and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, chosen for you... all with a little touch of poetry! We look forward to meeting you!

Old Center Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- CLEANING COST ARE EXCLUDED AND ARE CHARGED 50.00 EURO PER STAY.
City Tax 5% is excluded.
FESTIVE DAYS ARE CHARGED from 30% up to 50% extra depending on the number of persons.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ARE BY APPOINTMENT
Check in or check out before 08.00 am or 6.00 pm are charged 25.00 euro extra.
Check in is from 2:00 pm and check out is at 11:00am.
An early check in is possible only if the room was empty the previous night.
Before the check in is possible to drop the luggage by appointment and this will cost 25.00 Euro extra.
Reservations:
In order to book the apartment is required in advance 30% of the total amount. This can be paid via Pay Pal (5%extra) or Bank transfer.
The outstanding balance has to be settled at the moment of the arrival.
On the day of arrival a security deposit of EUR 250.00 (in cash) will be taken. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in a good state upon departure.

Welcoming in our property we like to remind you some important informations:
Our property is totally no smoking. As we are an official rental apartment we are obliged ( also for your security) to have smoke and fire detectors and to be connected with the fire brigade! But don't worry as you can smoke outside or in the apartment with balcony :-)
Drugs and parties are forbidden.
We offer a relaxing place so we expect also a quiet behaviour ;-)
In the rental rate is almost everything inclusive and some thing are extra:
We include:
-Welcome gift with wine, juice, stroopwafels ,a typical Dutch sweet :-) and fresh flowers.
-Professionally cleaned and disinfected sheets and towels
-Bath robe
-Kitchen clots
-Luxury toiletries
-We provide on arrival some toilet paper, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tabs, detergents for the laundry, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, enough to don't worry if you arrive late or tired . In any case the supermarket is around the corner!
-Free cabled internet connection with a net book. We do not provide a Wi-Fi as we are very natural oriented and our guests choose us as we can give a cleaned space from dangerous radiations :-)
-City map and many informations about Amsterdam.
-Of course is always included our availability in making your stay wonderful :-)
We do not include:
-Breakfast. If you like we can deliver for you a delicious organic breakfast from Bagels and Beans. This will be delivered between 08:00am and 11:00am every morning in your apartment.
-Late check in or early check out.
-Cleaning fee.
-At arrival we ask a safety deposit.
-We take a lot of care in giving you a nice and clean space and of course we expect that you will take the same care :-)
