Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates INCLUDE Florida State taxes (13%), and the standard cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or loss (US$275) which will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your departure from my villa. Pool heat is an optional extra at just $20 per day. - A booking deposit of $200 per week is required to confirm your reservation.
