Magnolia Villa will appeal to the most discerning guest who requires the most exquisite 4-bedroom villa. Located in Formosa Gardens, the most prestigious development in the Disney area. On one-third acre of magnificent landscaped gardens, it offers total privacy. The south-facing pool gets the sun all day but the large lanai provides some welcome shade. The huge extended pool deck has a hot tub and an abundance of super-comfort furniture for ultimate relaxation. The villa is elegantly furnished and decorated. The luxurious accommodation consists of: 2 en-suite bedrooms, a king and a queen, the main master with a sitting area and French doors to the pool; 2 large twin rooms which share a full bathroom; 2 sitting areas; 2 dining areas; fully equipped cherry mahogany kitchen with corian countertops; laundry room. TV's in all bedrooms and 50' HDTV in the family room, DVD player, VCR, PS 2. Most telephone calls are free. WiFi - for your laptop.

Formosa Gardens is located between markers 4 and 5 on US Hwy 192, and just 3 miles from Disney. We are within walking distance of Formosa Gardens Village, with a supermarket, selection of 7 restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas, and numerous other shops. The 192, with all of its restaurants and shops, is less than 1 mile away. Orlando Convention Center is 15 miles - 20 minutes drive.

Location Description: Magnolia Villa is situated in Formosa Gardens Estates, a secure gated community. 7 excellent restaurants, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy and lots more are within walking distance. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Disney's Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM Studios). Also nearby: Animal Kingdom, Cirque du Soleil, 24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild. For shopping, Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, Orlando Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets (formerly Belz ) are a short drive.

Gardens: The gardens surrounding this villa have been landscaped and lighting brings them to life at night, thereby making it a very comfortable place to relax with a drink in the pool or hot tub after a hectic day in the stores or theme parks. There are several citrus fruit trees - orange, ruby red grapefruit, lemon and lime trees and when in season these fruits are available for the enjoyment of our guests.

Management: The office of our family-run management company is located nearby and they are excellent at making sure that our guests are well looked after.
