- A damage deposit of 250.00 euros is required upon arrival which is fully refundable subject to final inspection of the property. Keys will be collected from our Agent in Portugal. Check in is from 4.00pm and check out prior to 10.00am. Payment of 25% upon booking with remainder due at least 30 days before departure. Late payment will cancel the booking and forfeit the 25% deposit . All cancellations must be in writing. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or damage whosoever caused. In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees, loss of property etc. By making this booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated above. By making a booking you are agreeing to adhere to the rules of the condominium.
- Shorter breaks of less then 7 days available. Please contact us for prices. Prices are based on up to 6 persons staying at the property. An additional £100.00 per person per week is payable where 7 or more wish to stay. A cot is available and no charge is made for a baby. However please note that bedding is not supplied due to bed linen allergies. Therefore we ask that parents bring bedding for the cot. All other bedding is supplied.

- All bedrooms have en suite facilities. Two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps mirrors in rooms and bedside rugs. Ensuite facilities include heated towel rails, front bedroom overlooking the pool has a jet bath and shower over and rear bedroom has a shower. All bathrooms have bidets. Two main bathrooms have shaver points and lit mirrors. The top floor bedroom has one single bed and a sofa bed. The ensuite facilties include a small bath with shower over and a lit mirror. The top floor bedroom and 1st floor front room have access to their own private balcony areas, fitted with sun loungers or table and chairs. We also have a cot at the property allowing to sleep a baby.
