Credit cards will be processed in US dollars at the current rate. One-half of the total rental fee reserves the dates. The remainder will be due four weeks prior to your visit. If reservation is less than 4 weeks in advance, payment in full is required.
Check-in is after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival, and check-out is by noon on the date of departure. A security deposit of £500, or an amount equal to one week's rent for longer stays, will be authorized (but not charged) on your credit card before the first day of the rental. Cancellations 30 days or more before the first day of rental: 90% refund. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: payment is forfeited, unless we are able to rent the apartment for those days, in which case we will refund 80%. - After your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions for your arrival.
