Rental Notes:
High season (July and August) all locations start on Saturday, min. stay 7 nights. On other periods, rentals can starts any day, min. stay 3 nights. Arrival any day of the week depending on availability.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Final cleaning: 30,00 euros.
Changeover days are Saturdays during mid and high season, other times by arrangement.

In winter November-February not included: heating (4,0 euros per m3)
Baby sitting service available. - Location cost includes: use of electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels (three each one), kitchen linens, free use of laundry (it means we are supplying all the detergents), if needed and free use of the laundry (it means we provide all the detergents).

On you arrival you will find, a minimum supply for the house, that is: mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, dish soap, multi use detergents, toilet paper and a welcome surprise.
English, French, German and Italian speaking owners lives on site and shall be pleased to be of assistance if necessary.

Assistance and turistic information, Shopping.: English, French, German and Italian speaking owners lives on site and shall be pleased to be of assistance if necessary. Outlets and shopping: Approximately 90 minutes away, you can shop to your heart's content for the finest brands in these Tuscany outlets: Prada, Gucci, Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Sergio Rossi, Valentino, La Perla, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Ralph Lauren.
Other Activities: Cookery courses, wine tasting, amusement parks, open-air concerts and operas. Guided tours to Crystal Factory. Reiki, Shiatzu, Pranoterapy massages. We can help arrange: Wine and Olive Oil tasting, visits to wineries and tasting of Tuscan local products such as Pecorino cheese, wild boar salami, etc. Hiking, hunts for wild asparagus in spring and mushrooms in autumn and winter. Wine making activities in September/ October and olive picking and Oil activities together with the owners in November/ December. Open air summer festivals and concerts, some of the famous seasonal events close to Monteriggioni Castello include: Palio di Siena (July 2nd & August 16th each year). Chigiana Musical Season (July-August). International Festival of San Gimignano (July). Other Activities museums, shopping, hot air ballooning, Tuscan Wine Cellars.
