- For all reservations we kindly ask for a mail or e-mail confirmation with the dates along with a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total price of the stay.
Cancellation by the client
- If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the arrival, the deposit will be forfeited to the owner (article 1590, civil code).
- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the arrival, the deposit shall remain with the owner of the property who reserves his right to keep the balance of the stay. - Tax set off by the finance Act from December 30th, Article 117 of the act of March 2nd, 1982, on the rights and freedoms of Commons and the decree 88-630 de 06 MAI 1988. The community of Cordon applies this tax with a fee of 0,20 Euro per night and per person on the property. This tax is applicable throughout the year. Children under 13 are exempt.
