Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The price includes all utilities except the telephone for calls out of the homeline plan : all home lines in Europe and USA and end of stay cleaning ( 200€ to be paid before leaving) and electricity over and above 200 euros consumption per month./ 50€ per week.
The lodging taxes are included.
A weekly maid service with cleaning of the house and change of linen and towels are included in the 2 weeks stay or more.
The check in time is after 4PM, the check out before 10 AM.
The day of check in /out is preferably Saturday but can be negotiated as well as the rental rates for long stays. - A security deposit is to be paid for each stay of 2 000 - 4000€ depending on the lengthof stay. . A down payment in Euros of 25 % of the rent for each per week is necessary to book, the balance of the rent being paid 2 month prior to the arrival.
Cancellation policy: the down payment is lost in case of cancellation by the renter, the down payment plus an indemnity equivalent to the down payment is due by the owner in case of cancellation
If the cancellation occurs 2 month before the check in, the rent is lost for the renter, if the cancellation is due to the owner, the rent plus an indemnity equivalent to the rent is due to the renter.
