- Security deposits are required for all rentals. Rentals booked within 8 weeks of the rental period require full payment plus the rental deposit of 100 BPS. Security deposits are returned within ten days of the end of the rental minus the deductions for damage, if any, and minus the cleaning charges. Cleaning charges are billed at local Swiss Franc cleaning/labor rates of 50 CHFs per hour and are generally 50 - 75 CHFs depending on the condition of the unit when vacated.
- Special evening meals can be requested and must be made 48 hours in advance. Nazuna can prepare Japanese or Chinese cuisine.

- The main bedroom is very comfortable and quaint. It features comfortable single beds that fit seamlessly together as a double. The atmosphere is romantic. Linens are provided and changed weekly. Towels are changed upon request. Authentic Japanese futons are available as optional/additional bedding. It is possible for Swiss-Comfort to sleep 5 persons but according to the following understanding: 4 Adults or 2 adults and 3 children depending on the sex and the ages of the children. Ski/Snowboarding Season: Skiing in Leysin is a special treat. Leysin is the birthplace of the snowboard. As a result, snowboarders are welcome on the slopes. The ski pistes have snow-making capability. There are over 120 kilometers of ski pistes. Lessons are available for the beginner, intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder.
