This magnificent villa is graciously appointed with all modern luxuries and conveniences. At Avalon, you can snorkel just out front on famous Smith's Reef, and walk for miles on a sugar-white sandy beach. The freeform pool, surrounded by palm trees & lush landscaping, has a swim-up bar with bar stools just below the water's surface. Enjoy al fresco dining for 8 in a beautiful setting overlooking the pool & ocean. The brightly decorated living room has a large flat-screen TV, limestone floors, circular beamed ceiling, & breathtaking views. The spacious gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters & a wine refrigerator - a joy to cook in! Each bedroom has its own private outside entrance: 3 bedrooms have a king bed & 1 has 2 double beds, all providing excellent privacy. The bathrooms are all quite large, modern & well designed. Note: air conditioning is metered to discourage use with doors & windows open. It's not expensive if used judiciously, and you're not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which the charge is 28 cents/kilowatt hour (there is a separate, easy-to-read digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish). There are 8 separate a/c systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain sections as needed.
