- The master bedroom has a luxury en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and bidet. There is a spacious family bathroom on the ground floor, making it ideal for children and guests with limited mobility. It has has a Victorian bath, large walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin and the bonus of beautiful garden views. There is a third WC on the ground floor.

- The light and spacious Master suite is upstairs and the only bedroom on the first floor. It has French doors opening onto a pretty Juliet balcony with private, uninterrupted south-facing views over the landscaped cottage gardens and beautiful parkland, a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. Next to the Master bedroom suite and overlooking the entrance hall and the landscaped front gardens is a spacious mezzanine for lounging and browsing through the house library of books and for children to play games. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms in the West wing of the house near the large family bathroom: a King size double room overlooking a private courtyard garden, a spacious triple room with a south-facing garden view and a double room which also overlooks the south-facing gardens which are perfect for children to play in . All the bedrooms have quality furnishings, plenty of storage and enjoy lovely garden views with total privacy.
