Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

These prices include the 8% VAT.
High Season is June 1 until September 30.
Low Season is October 1 until May 31.
Christmas, New Years, Easter, GSM Fair and other holidays are considered as very high season.
The minimum stay for these holidays is 7 nights. Otherwise it is 3 nights. - The apartment has a maximum capacity of 8, and may not be booked for greater numbers.
In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 400€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 70€ cleaing fee. The 400 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.

It has its own dressing area + bathroom in suite. The Dali Bedroom is a large bedroom with two single beds 90cm x 200cm. The Miro Bedroom also has two single beds 90cm x 200cm. Opcionally, there is a sofa bed available is the living room for 2 extra guests.
