Dreta de l'Eixample Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- HIGH SEASON --- 2 Adults --- 250€ --- 3 Adults --- 275€ --- 4 Adults --- 300€ --- 5 Adults --- 325€ --- 6 Adults --- 350€.
LOW SEASON --- 2 Adults --- 200€ --- 3 Adults --- 225€ --- 4 Adults --- 250€ --- 5 Adults --- 275€ --- 6 Adults --- 300€.
These prices include the 7% VAT.
High Season is June 1 until September 30.
Low Season is October 1 until May 31.
Christmas, New Years, Easter, GSM Fair and other holidays will be considered as high season.
The minimum stay for these holidays is 7 nights. Otherwise it is 3 nights. - The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6, and may not be booked for greater numbers.
In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 400€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 70€ cleaning fee. The 400 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.
