St Jean de Luz Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From 1 June - 15 September, The cottage, 'Le Jardinière' is is only available to rent in conjunction with the Manor House.
From 15 September until 31 May, it may be rented separately. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Balance is payable in cash on arrival. End clean charge of €75 will be added to the rental of the Cottage - The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made.
However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.Special arrangements made for last minute bookings.
