Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate includes meet and greet, cleaning before and after rental, bed linens and towels (beach and pool towels not provided). Electricity and water are included. Minimum 5 day stay, unless otherwise stated. Flexibility changeover day all year. 5-6 persons supplement fee of 7 pounds per day.
- For the security of both parties, payment by Pay Pal (credit card) in UK pounds is preferred. 50% of holiday rental is due at booking and is non-refundable. Final balance and a refundable damage deposit of £200 pounds is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. For bookings made less than 5 weeks prior to the holiday start date, 100% of the non-refundable holiday rental and a refundable damage deposit of £200 pounds is due upon booking. Damage deposit will be refunded after final inspection. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Extra cleaning, bed linen and towel change, children's cot rental, and airport transfers are available upon request, please enquire for pricing.
