15th century fully refurbished elegant stone mill house, it shares it's grounds with the manoir and bake house, but is completely detached. Set on three floors, it can accommodate groups or a large family. The property is surrounded by nature, which is in abundance due to the river setting. The facilities are of a high quality, the décor could be described as 'French country chic' with a touch of English 'Arts and Crafts'. Farrow and Ball paints have been used throughout to dramatic effect. The oak floors and beams, stone walls, original fireplaces, stained glass windows and beautiful French ironwork have been lovingly restored. It has it's own walled garden with pergola covered dining. The large swimming pool and lounging pavilion overlooking the river and waterfall are shared by The Bake House. There is a private picnic/BBQ area beside the river.Fishing. Enclosed in a gated community with large parking area and stables.

Discounted rates for smaller groups in Le Moulin. - Deposit for short lets is 50% of the rental cost at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining 50% is payable 8 weeks before arrival date, (if booking less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount of the rental is payable at the time of booking). Payments may be made directly into owner's bank in sterling or in Euros or by cheque in euros. 50% of the rental cost is refundable if cancellation is made not less than 4 weeks before arrival date.
Breakages deposit is £1,500/2,000 Euros by separate cheque, which will be refunded on departure less any breakages. - N.B. Use your international dialling code in place of the + sign, e.g. dialling France from UK would be 00 33 and no first 0. Please take into account any international time differences when calling and e-mail instead when possible.

Dogs unfortunately cannot be accepted as we have dogs. Other pets considered, but housed separately, i.e. not inside property. Horses may be accommodated. Although we are on the river, it is completely fenced for safety and security. Owners on site to offer support and advice if required. Tennis court 3 minutes drive down the road.
