75% of rent is paid 6 weeks before first date of reservation.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at weekend rate and remaining nights at weekday rate.
Age restrictions may apply.
A damage/breakages deposit of a third of 1 week's rent is paid 6 weeks before reservation and is refundable within 7 days of departure (subject to satisfactory check-out).
Rental includes Wi Fi, utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and normal cleaning after check out.
Check-in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if not occupied previous night.
Check-out is by 11am or later if not occupied night after departing.
Golf vouchers are as per 'offer' above, exclude July & August, apply in 2013 and must be agreed by email prior to making reservation and paying deposit.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on terraces.
