Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Booking Conditions:
25% of the rental is paid when booking to secure the reservation.
75% of the rental is paid 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at weekend rate and the remaining nights at weekday rate.
A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation and is refundable within 7 days of last day of the reservation (subject to a satisfactory check-out).
The rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and normal cleaning after check out.
Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.
Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace. - Discounts available in mid or low season when booking 2 weeks or more and also on 'last minute' bookings. Contact for details.
