25% of rent is paid when booking to secure reservation.
75% of rent is paid 6 weeks before reservation.
Payments are by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
Above rates apply to bookings made after 26 January 2013.
For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at weekend rate and remainder at midweek rate.
A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable 6 week's before reservation and is refundable within 7 days of departure (subject to satisfactory check-out).
Rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and normal cleaning after check out.
Check-in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if apartment is not occupied the previous night.
Check-out time is by 11am or later if apartment is not occupied the night following departure.
Variable seasonal opening of pools may apply.
Smoking is allowed ONLY on terrace. - DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE IN MID OR LOW SEASON when booking 2 weeks or more and on 'last minute' bookings. Contact for details.
