£200 non refundable deposit, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full balance payable if booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the commencement date, we advise you to insure against this. Security deposit £250 for damages and breakages, held until management have inspected the property after your departure. Stays of less than a week incur a cleaning charge of £70 on top of rates.
Pool heating £105 per week (recommended Oct-Apr)
We are willing at times to discount our prices for 3 weeks or more out of peak period or for a late booking or to fill a gap in our availability calendar.
Payment is also accepted in US Dollars - Please note that in the interests of all our future guests no pets are welcome, nor parties of all males / females or young persons under 21 years of age. Smoking inside our villa is not permitted.
