Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests (max 6) charged at $25 per person per night. Discounts are available for 7 nights or more and for single or two person occupancy - please ask. 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival.
Christmas and New Year rates are $750 per night and minimum of 7 nights.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $120 per booking. One complimentary maid service is included per full week booking. Additional maid service is charged at $70 per time if required. Full Chef services are available for an additional cost be it just evening meal or fully catered, cost from $100 plus ingredients depending on what you would like. $500 refundable deposit payable on arrival (usually by cash to the villa manager) repaid on departure, following inspection. - Cancellation policy:
Full refund up to 8 weeks notice before arrival date.
80% refund if less than 8 and more than 4 weeks notice.
20% refund if less than 4 weeks notice.
